A New Poker App Can Beat the Best Poker Face
It is a known fact that one of the most important traits needed for a professional poker player is an unreadable poker face. This is due to the fact that from the reactions of the player’s face, the opponent can tell if the player is bluffing or not. This is why WowWee Inc has released an application that would help the players achieve that.
This application is called BluffCam, it measures the heart beat rates of the player which will aid them in their quest to maintain a bland poker face. This application used Vital Signs Camera technology in order to spot any changes in the color of the skin of the player which will show them if they are being pressured during the game or not. BluffCam also offers the players the ability to share images and results with their friends on the internet through Twitter to track their performance in a notepad file.
Commenting on this new release, a spokesman of the company announced that this application, BluffCam, is only one of many iOS applications that is planned to be launched soon. He also said that this application will soon be followed by a table version of the application that will use the same state of the art technology. This new application will not only measure the heartbeat of the players, but their rivals as well which will help them know if the player they are against is bluffing or stressed.
