Funny that you should put this down. I contacted pillsbury law firm about what I consider to be bigpoints illegal activities. You have a class action lawsuit in the making with them if you're ambitious enough to pursue it. Go log on to Dark Orbit, make an account(ship) and get on to the forums and find the development section and then 'kamikaze cooldown' thread... post on that thread and I'll respond with an 'absolutely yes!!!' to your request of adding people to the 'class' of people cheated out of their premium advantages refund.
